- Arooj Hassan Added November 27, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disappointing... After signing up with them and 8 weeks later i still haven't received my card and after calling twice they still havent sent me anything. i cannot use my health insurance and they have taken $610 of my account.
the customer service keeps say that it takes a few weeks for the card to come out, every time i call.
finally when i spoke to the manager he told me straight on the phone and i am quoting "he is going to do nothing about it and hung up".
avoid the company at any cost.
1 star is only since it doesnt let me post the review without it
