    The staff at the front desk (at both clinics) are terrible. They are so rude. Why? The doctors are not much better. The wait times are ridiculous. I would rather go to ER than visit this clinic again.

    Most horrible experience iv ever had dr Kennedy didn’t ask history she rushed me was very short mannered basically accused me of selling my script only seen her as my new dr was away if she had my history or if my file had arrived would known as I walked out the the stunned as she made out there was nothing wrong with me she said oh so I’m
    Not saying you are selling them it’s just what some people do she noticed I had started to cry she then hurriedly urged me through the door to see another patient in the next room

    The clinic isn’t bad I see another dr there who is wonderful but this dr had me leaving in tears

    I have never had a problem with any of the staff at Cessnock Community Health they're always pleasant and nothing is a problem. My Dr is Dr Barra Qattan and I can't be any happier, he's professional never hurries me out and while I have many different complex medical problems he hasn't shyed away from anything, I have full trust in him and don't worry about anything. I highly recommend this Dr and Cessnock Community Health Centre.

    reception very friendly, waiting room comfortable, plenty of parking out on street. Very happy with the Dr i am seeing at clinic.
