  The sale of the property was a bit of a saga, no fault of Ben, but he preserved and made sure that someone was always interested in buying the property. Importantly it didn't take too long before someone came along and bought it in the right price range.
  
  Ben is highly motivated, professional, and ensures that the seller knows exactly what is happening and what to expect. He is a credit to Baird Real Estate and someone I would recommend without hesitation.

  As a property investor, it is important to surround yourself with a good team. Baird Real Estate have been managing my properties for close to 5 years and I could not be happier with their service.
